The Unite Half Marathon allowed hundreds more than the original 100 to enter for $17.66 in just one minute! Yes one minute. Our system indicates that nearly thousands of people tried to get in! And the first day of entries exceeded 1,000 runners.
Note - understand the reason you may have recieved an error message was because the system had reached 100 (and still 50 more were able to get in) and you were not one of those 100. The credit card transaction is based on how long it takes your bank to process not the time our entry system processes. Hence others were able to get in for that fee before you.
